We Care About You! We are here to simply serve and help you in any manner that is possible. We offer Biblical counseling to those in need, we will pray for and with you concerning what concerns you, we will walk with you through whatever situation that you find yourself in without judging you, and we offer free resources in effort for you to receive His truth and to strengthen your walk with Christ.

Jeff has his M.A. in Christian Counseling and he is an ordained minister with Calvary Chapel. Jeff has been a guest on TBN, Daystar network, Miracle Channel, 700 Club and various other television and radio shows. He was featured in Charisma Magazine as well. Recently, Jeff was featured in The Kingdom of the Occult by Walter Martin and The Unexpected Journey by Thom Rainer. Refuge Ministries is a member of Evangelical Ministries to New Religions.
